As part of an article produced for community newspaper The Northsider, I was invited on a very special tour and tasting with Starward Whisky at its distillery in Essendon Fields. I was the photographer for the day and it was great to experience the process that goes into making hand-crafted whisky and see its transformation from barley to bottle.
